Since its establishment, the school had witnessed the graduation of 257 students, among whom 11 stayed for teaching for management work; 18 went to teach in other board schools and herdsman schools, 4 launched their own business; 79 was admitted into Medical School of Golok Prefecture, Medical School of Tsolho Prefecture, Normal College for Ethnic Minority of Qinghai, Qinghai Normal University, English Department of Social Science College of Tibet, Tibet University, Northwest University for Nationalities, Qinghai University for Nationalities, Gemou Temple Wuming College of Sichuan, Gangxuan Language School of Lhasa, College of Technology of Kanlho Prefecture; and 89 monks went back to their own monastery for further study. 56 of this year’s graduates is preparing for the National Higher Education Exams for Self-taught Adults in October.

　　Through arduous work, we have sent competitive students to many colleges, trained our students to be legal-binding citizens with moral sense and knowledge, and enlarged the knowledge and add scientific know-how to monk students. Our contribution is outstanding in terms of raising people’s knowledge and common sense. The social impact of our school is increasing. All walks of life give us positive evaluation. More and more students came to study here. The school was well appraised by the country, province, prefecture, county and township governments. The founder of the school, Jigme Gyaltsen, was hence awarded “Outstanding Individual of Collective Founding of School”, “Excellent Youth”, “Provincial Outstanding Youth”, National “Top 100 Model for Reform”, “Glory Entrepriese Award of Qinghai Province”, “China Charity Award”, “Great Wall Patriotic Individual”, and so on. Since 2002 when the prefecture government approved us to set up vocational high school department, the school has focused on educating a new type of talents with knowledge, technology and cultural content, while promoting compulsory schooling. We shift our education modes from traditional one to featured one, and established our own mode—a combination of “primary, vocational and adult education”. We have sent a lot of graduates with primary knowledge and qualified social workers to build local economy.

　　On March 28, 2003, the Information Office of the State Council approved that the school could be publicized on website of Tibet Information Center: www.tibetinfor.com as the school delivered good performance.

　　In December, 2005, the Civil Administration Office of Qinghai and Non-Governmental Organization Promotion Association of Qinghai decided to give the school the honor of “Excellent NGO”.
